This fabulous villa, just 100 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, enjoys a stunning bay view from its two extremely spacious stone flagged terraces (160 m2). The main terrace has the private pool (8X4 m2) and shaded areas designed to offer privacy, but also for dining alfresco at the marble top table, or unwinding on the romantic swing. Barbecues are provided upon request. The second terrace is attached to one of the bedrooms and offers an ideal place for romantic isolation, in a green environment. The whole villa is tiled with magnificent Volos pink marble. The cozy living room, brings light and panoramic views from everywhere. It is combined with the dining area and the kitchen niche. Comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo provide comfort and home atmosphere. Marianna has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite. All bathrooms are tiled with pink marble. Master bathroom is with a bathtub, the rest with a shower. The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season. A studio, leading to the same main terrace with the pool, can be added to the bedroom capacity of the villa. It has attached bathroom with shower and kitchenette niche (Optional). Guests of the villa can enjoy the facilities of the luxury hotel Istron Bay which is within walking distance.
