This fabulous villa, just 100 m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach, is a maisonette on top of the others of this complex and enjoys best bay view from the living room and the spacious stone flagged terraces (160 m2). The main terrace has the private pool (8X4 m2) and a shaded area with the marble top table for dining alfresco, and relaxing sun lounges and parasol. Barbecues are provided upon request. The master bedroom with bathroom en suite has a second terrace for romantic private moments viewing the bay and the green surroundings. The whole villa is tiled with magnificent Volos pink marble. The spacious living room, brings light and panoramic views from everywhere. It is combined with the dining area and the kitchen. Comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo provide comfort and home atmosphere. The Tower has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite. All bathrooms are tiled with pink marble. The two bathrooms en suite are with a bathtub, the rest with a shower. The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season. Guests of the villa can enjoy the facilities of the luxury hotel Istron Bay which is within walking distance.
