Villa Dimitris belongs to one of the most luxurious villa complexes in Crete "Istron Villas". Guests of Villa Dimitris can enjoy the facilities of the Hotel (which is within walking distance) these include beach facilities, organized diving, children's playground, children's club, tennis, billiards, a choice of 4 restaurants and 2 bars, massage, wellness, reflexology, an optional bed & breakfast arrangement, dinner arrangements, (menu or a la carte), golf arrangements and wedding arrangements are possible.

Its large terrace (106 m2) offers excellent sea views, combined with the exotic garden. The private pool is 6X6 m2, in a stone – flagged terrace strategically shaded to prevent overlooking. Parasol and sun loungers are provided. A marble top table and a barbecue (upon request) make this terrace an ideal place for dining al fresco. A swing towards the bay is an extra touch of comfort and romance.
The whole villa is tiled with magnificent Volos pink marble. The spacious living room is bright and has windows everywhere, towards the green gardens and the seafront terrace. It is combined with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen area. Comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo and fireplace, provide comfort and home atmosphere.
Villa Dimitris has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bathrooms are tiled with white marble. Master bathroom has a bathtub, the other one, a shower.
The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season.
