Located on the north eastern coast of Crete, 13 klm from the harbour town of Aghios Nikolaos and 800 m from Istron village. This fabulous villa belongs to one of the most luxurious villa complexes in Crete "Istron Villas". The villa itself is just 250 m from the blue flag awarded sandy beach and consists of two bedrooms and a spacious living area and kitchen. The villa is well insulated and fully air-conditioned and its orientation secures the maximum sunshine..

Guests of Villa Phaedra can enjoy the facilities of the Hotel (which is within walking distance) these include beach facilities, organized diving, children's playground, children's club, tennis, billiards, a choice of 4 restaurants and 2 bars, massage, wellness, reflexology, an optional bed & breakfast arrangement, dinner arrangements, (menu or a la carte), golf arrangements and wedding arrangements are possible.
This spacious villa consists of two bedrooms and a spacious living area and kitchen.
The living room is extremely spacious (51 m2), and has a touch of a romantic atmosphere with its antique furniture. It combines the sitting area, with the eating area and the well equipped kitchen. It has comfortable sitting furniture; a 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, a fireplace. The living room is large enough to accommodate one or two more people.
There are two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. All bathrooms are tiles with white marble. The master bathroom has a bathtub and the other comes with shower. The terrace area is large (95m2), it has a wooden kiosk for eating alfresco (hotel can provide barbecues upon request), a swing for relaxing and a private pool 8mx4m, a sunbathing area with parasol and sun loungers.
Villa Phaedra offers privacy to its inhabitants and is well insulated and fully air-conditioned.
